Lauren K. Kim is a Senior Associate in WSHB’s Los Angeles office who specializes in handling complex civil litigation for individuals and businesses of all sizes in both California state and federal courts. Lauren earned her J.D., with distinction, and a Certificate of Concentration in Business, from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, after graduating from Baylor University with a B.A. in Political Science.

With a robust background in various areas of law, Lauren represents clients throughout all stages of litigation. Her expertise encompasses general tort litigation, business disputes, premises liability, product liability, personal injury, commercial accidents, contractual issues, employment disputes, professional negligence, intellectual property, and alternative dispute resolution.

Lauren is dedicated to vigorously advocating for her clients both inside and outside the courtroom. Before joining WSHB, Lauren honed her litigation skills at firms in Los Angeles County, where she represented a diverse range of clients – including insurance companies, amusement parks, retailers, restaurants, and transportation companies – throughout the entire litigation process to final resolution.
