With a national practice, Courtney brings extensive experience handling complex first-party property claims, large market and large loss litigation, and liability coverage disputes, as well as high-stakes arbitration. She frequently serves as lead trial counsel and party arbitrator, advising clients on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance, both domestically and internationally.
