  • We proudly share that partner Greg Amundson has been selected as the National Representative for the Orange County Chapter by the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a prestigious national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the Seventh Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees the right to civil jury trials. Greg's term will commence in January 2025.

  • We are pleased to announce that Michelle Arbitrio has been appointed Treasurer of the Professional Liability Defense Federation for the 2024-2025 term. The PLDF is a national organization comprising nearly 600 lawyers and insurance professionals specializing in defending professional liability claims. Before this position, Michelle has served the PLDF as secretary, a board member, chair of the Nuclear Verdict Defense Trial Strategy and Diversity & Inclusivity Committees, and chair of the Insurance Agent/Broker Claims Committee.

  • Partner Christopher Seusing has recently been appointed as an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Law School, where he now teaches cybersecurity and data privacy law courses. As a key member of WSHB's national cyber team, Chris is instrumental in navigating the complexities of cyber issues for clients nationwide.
