Her extensive experience also includes representing healthcare practitioners in arbitrations, mediations, and proceedings before regulatory boards. 

  • Congratulations to partner Domingo Tan for being honored with the Jerrold S. Oliver Award of Excellence. This prestigious award was presented to Domingo at West Coast Casualty's Construction Defect Seminar, which took place in Anaheim, CA  in May 2024.   • We proudly share that partner Greg Amundson has been selected as the National Representative for the Orange County Chapter by the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a prestigious national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the Seventh Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees the right to civil jury trials. Greg's term will commence in January 2025.

  • Welcome Scott Blakeley, who has joined WSHB's Glendale office as a partner. Scott has extensive experience representing healthcare practitioners and organizations in various legal matters, including medical malpractice and managed care liability elder neglect and abuse. With an impressive track record of defending nearly 500 Superior Court and binding arbitration lawsuits, Scott has a distinguished background as lead counsel in numerous high-stakes medical malpractice and general liability arbitration hearings.
