Overview

Adena Chen is an associate attorney in WSHB's Concord, California office. She represents clients in all phases of litigation, including discovery, law and motion practice, negotiations, and trial.

Before joining WSHB, Adena worked in intellectual property law, specifically trademark registration and litigation. She also worked in legal tech, where she trained artificial intelligence models to identify and understand complex business contracts.

Adena received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While in law school, she was the managing editor of USF's Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal, president of the Asian and Pacific American Law Student Association, and senator in the Graduate Senate. Adena was awarded the 2023 Student Leadership Award for her significant contributions to USF Law through outstanding service and leadership. She completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
