WSHB is proud to announce eleven of our lawyers were recognized on the list of 2016 Rising Stars®. The attorneys honored on the Rising Stars list are 40 years or younger and demonstrate the finest qualities of a good lawyer: first-rate legal skills, preparation, judgment, creativity, dedication and ethics. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in each state are named to Rising Stars.

Honorees from Southern California are Raymond Babaian, Partner, Rancho Cucamonga; Emil Macasinag, Senior Counsel, Los Angeles; Amy Pennington, Partner, Los Angeles; Christopher Perez, Senior Counsel, Rancho Cucamonga; and Keith Smith, Partner, Riverside.

From Northern California, honorees include Kevin Gillispie, Partner, Concord; Alicia Kennon, Senior Counsel, Concord; Eugene Zinovyev, Senior Associate, Concord.

From the Pacific Northwest, Timothy Repass, Partner in the Seattle and Portland offices, was also honored.

Jodi Mullis, Senior Associate from the Phoenix, Arizona office also made this year’s list.

In Florida, Vincent Beilman, Partner in the Tampa and Miami offices was also included in the 2016 Rising Stars list.
