Hosted annually, the ClaimsAcademy is known for its immersive, interdisciplinary approach, bringing together leading voices across the claims management industry. Through five focused learning tracks: casualty clams, construction cyber, professional lines, transportation, and workers' compensation, attendees gain hands-on strategies and cutting-edge insights designed to meet the demands of today's most complex claims scenarios.
As part of the Academy's cyber track, Shea will participate in the "Meet the Breach Team" session, which will guide participants through the critical first steps of a breach event, including the scoping call. This is critical as it forms the foundation upon which an effective breach response is built.
