Partner Chris Seusing, a nationally recognized cybersecurity and data privacy leader representing Wood Smith Henning & Berman will speak at the 14th Annual Cyber Liabilities Insurance ExecuSummit, a premier conference focuses on emerging cyber liability risks, claims trends, and strategic responses. Seusing is the Managing Partner of WSHB's Boston and Westport offices and leads the national cybersecurity and data privacy team. Given his impressive resume of experience in cybersecurity and data privacy law, he regularly advises companies and professionals on high-stakes matters nationwide, including multi-class action litigation arising from data breaches and cyber incidents.
His practice includes counseling clients through all phases of incident responses, from regulatory inquires to the oversight of forensic investigations. He also works closely with clients to develop and implement information management policies and procedures that comply with evolving privacy regulations, while collaborating with litigation teams to deeply cost-effective, technology-driven strategies, including advanced analytics and technology-assisted review.
In addition to his practice, he is published leader and frequent speaker on cybersecurity and data privacy topics. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, where he teaches courses in this area.
