Overview
Thomas Lehman is senior counsel in WSHB’s New York office, where he practices in a variety of civil litigation matters, including catastrophic injury, labor law, and appellate. He possesses a wealth of experience in representing property owners, businesses, and insurance companies in all states of pre-trial litigation and appeals.
Thomas is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as a staff member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and as a student attorney in the Center for Social Justice’s Equal Justice Clinic. During law school, Thomas also worked as an intern at a large private practice, where he gained experience in medical malpractice and healthcare law.
