Overview

Rob is senior counsel in the Orange County, California, office of WSHB, where he focuses on construction litigation, complex torts and casualties, personal injuries, and transportation matters. He graduated from Whittier Law School, earning honors in the intellectual property program, and was an active member of both the Intellectual Property Law Society and the Intellectual Property Fellowship Program. Rob also attended Indiana University, receiving his bachelor’s degree in biological sciences.

Before joining WSHB, Rob handled cases related to construction litigation, premises liability, personal injury, and habitability, achieving many favorable outcomes. His previous practice included a wide range of litigation and transactional issues, such as defending automobile dealerships, financial institutions, franchisors, and fitness centers, as well as addressing various contractual and tort-related matters. He has also managed multiple transactional trademark applications and has secured numerous certifications from the USPTO for his clients.

Outside of his legal practice, Rob is a passionate Chicago sports fan. He enjoys football and hockey, loves cooking, and has a strong appreciation for classic films.
