Overview
Megan is a partner in WSHB’s North Carolina and South Carolina offices. She handles complex civil litigation across a variety of practice areas, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death, construction defect, medical malpractice, and employment litigation. Megan regularly appears in both federal and state court. She is skilled in all phases of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation. She has secured multiple victories for our clients through motions for summary judgment and effective negotiation techniques. Megan is also a successful appellate attorney and has secured appellate victories.
Megan graduated from Villanova University School of Law, where she received the Dean’s full tuition merit scholarship. She earned her Psychology and Political Science undergraduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
