Overview
Hayley M. Tharpe is an experienced senior associate attorney in WSHB’s Los Angeles office. Her practice with the firm focuses on professional liability and commercial litigation. She represents licensed professionals, including attorneys, architects, accountants, real estate brokers and agents, insurance brokers, and property management companies. Hayley also has commercial litigation experience involving intellectual property, data privacy, product liability, and class action defense.
Hayley is a graduate of Howard University School of Law. While in law school, she was a judicial intern to the Honorable George L. Russell III of the United States District Court, District of Maryland. During her last year in law school, she served as the Charles Hamilton Houston National Moot Court Team captain.
