Overview

Alycia Torres is a senior associate in WSHB's Tampa office. She focuses her practice on employment, commercial liability, and business litigation.

Alycia specializes in advocating for employers in labor and employment matters. She also guides employers on different facets of the employer-employee dynamic and a wide range of commercial litigation.

Mrs. Torres obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida. After college, she attended St. John’s University School of Law, where she worked for Viacom and Sony Music, focusing on intellectual property and contracts before beginning a career as a public defender. During her tenure as an Assistant Public Defender, Alycia represented cases at every stage, trying over 60 jury and non-jury trials.
