Overview

Tiffany Chu is an associate attorney in WSHB’s Sonoma County office, where she represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex torts and commercial disputes. Her prior experience with government agencies and public technology companies provided her with a strong foundation in legal research, analysis, and drafting. In these roles, she guided investigations, reviewed complex documents, and prepared strategic memoranda on regulatory matters.

Tiffany earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she served as a student clinician in the Intellectual Property Clinic. In that capacity, she represented small businesses in copyright negotiations and trademark oppositions before the USPTO.
