Overview

Spenser Frieri is a senior associate in WSHB's New Jersey office, where his practice focuses on professional liability, products liability, construction defect litigation and complex civil litigation. He enjoys a wide range of experience including contractual disputes, surety bond claims, bankruptcy matters, indemnity and declaratory actions.

Spenser is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. While there, Spenser served as president of the Rodino Society where he was the recipient of the Peter W. Rodino Award in recognition of exemplary leadership, service to the community and humanitarianism. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Business Management from Bucknell University. Spenser previously worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Brennan, P.J. Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, General Equity Part, in Morris/Sussex County.
