Overview

Seth Bursky handles complex litigation representing clients in employment, professional liability, and commercial and business disputes. 

Seth enjoys extensive experience with both securities and commercial litigation. In his securities practice, he represents stock-brokerage firms and individual brokers in FINRA arbitrations, including expungement and disciplinary proceedings. He participates in FINRA arbitration hearings and works on regulatory inquiries initiated by the SEC, FINRA, and other State Securities Departments. Additionally, Seth represents investment advisors in transactional matters.

He earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was a member of the Dispute Resolution Society. He received his B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University. Seth is pursuing his LLM in Environmental Law at the University of Vermont Law and Graduate School.

Seth is based out of WSHB's White Plains office and is an associate attorney with our firm.
