Overview
Ross Wagner is a Senior Associate at WSHB’s New York office, where he represents clients in complex cases involving construction accidents, transportation issues, premises liability, and casualty matters. He handles cases from initial investigations through motion practice and resolution. An experienced appellate attorney, Ross has successfully advocated before both the Supreme Court and the Appellate Division. He skillfully guides clients through litigation, working collaboratively to achieve favorable outcomes.
Before joining WSHB, Ross practiced at a New York law firm focusing on the defense of contractors in New York Labor Law matters and as a workers’ compensation defense attorney specializing in the prosecution of fraudulent claims.
Ross earned his law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During his time there, he served as a staff member on the Journal of International Business and Law, as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and as an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Board. Upon graduating, Ross received the Ruskin Moscou Faltisheck Award for Appellate Advocacy and the Gold Public Service Award, recognizing his involvement in moot court and volunteer work.
Outside of the office, Ross enjoys baseball and cooking.
