Overview

Rochelle Bailey is an associate attorney in WSHB’s Boca Raton office. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage, general liability, and contract and commercial litigation.

Rochelle obtained her juris doctor from Florida State University College of Law. While earning her J.D., she was a member of FSU's and the Black Law Student Association's Mock Trial Teams. She also worked in family law through FSU’s Gender and Family Justice Clinic and clerked at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. She went on to be a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office in the Juvenile Division. Rochelle also spent a summer studying at Oxford University in Oxford, England. 

Before attending law school, Rochelle attended the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
