Philip John is a highly experienced trial attorney with a proven track record of excellence in arbitrations and trials. He is based in the firm's Las Vegas and Reno offices and concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation, employment, and appellate law. 

Philip has obtained favorable outcomes in approximately 50 arbitrations and has extensive experience handling various civil trials. His impressive career includes leading roles in complex and high-profile cases. Notably, he was the lead attorney in a six-week product defect trial where, after examining 15 witnesses, the jury awarded zero damages despite the plaintiff's $40 million demand. Additionally, Philip successfully defended a high-profile personal injury lawsuit involving a celebrity, resulting in the plaintiff owing significant attorney fees and costs after judgment.

His excellence extends to his extensive experience before the Nevada Supreme Court. He has argued multiple cases and settled appeals in Nevada Supreme Court Settlement Conferences, further solidifying his legal acumen and professional standing.
