With nearly two decades of legal experience, Mindy focuses her practice on representing hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers at every stage of medical malpractice litigation, from pre-litigation counseling through trial and appeal. She offers strategic guidance on risk management, regulatory compliance, and best practices to help healthcare entities navigate a constantly evolving legal landscape. Beyond her significant medical malpractice practice, Mindy brings extensive experience in commercial and complex litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, and maritime and transportation law. Mindy earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. She began her legal career as a clerk at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. Mindy also served as a public defender, where she gained invaluable courtroom experience and honed her skills as a formidable advocate.
