Overview
Megan Alexander is an experienced California attorney whose practice focuses on complex litigation and real estate law. For over a decade, she has represented individuals, businesses, property owners, developers, contractors, and other clients in complex, high-stakes disputes throughout California.
Megan has substantial experience defending insureds and businesses in construction defect, professional liability, real estate, premises liability, and other complex litigation matters. Her practice also includes foreclosure, boundary disputes, landlord–tenant disputes, and related real estate litigation.
Megan works closely with insurers, claims professionals, and clients to develop practical, cost-effective defense strategies. She manages complex, multi-party litigation and high-volume caseloads while maintaining a focused approach to each client's objectives and interests.
She earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, her B.S. from the University of Washington, and her A.A. in Pre-Med from the University of California, Berkeley. Megan previously interned and clerked for The Honorable J.B. Allison at the Seattle Superior Court.
