Overview

Marysa Linares is a seasoned attorney who handles New York State Labor Law litigation. She is a senior associate at WSHB's New York City office, managing defense cases, including security, premises liability, and motor vehicle and trucking claims.

Marysa has a wealth of experience in litigation, having worked at a national plaintiff's law firm specializing in Child Victims Act (CVA) cases, where she gained substantial experience in all phases of litigation. She has also worked for the defense, where her experience ranged from premises liability to motor vehicle and breach of contract claims.

She is an alumna of Hofstra Law, where she honed her skills as a student attorney with The Safe Center LI. Here, she provided pro bono legal services to victims of domestic violence in Nassau County's matrimonial and family courts. Marysa earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University – New Brunswick Campus.
