Lorenzo Nieto Jr. is Senior Counsel in WSHB’s Dallas, Texas office, where he maintains a sophisticated litigation practice spanning multiple areas of complex civil defense.
Mr. Nieto defends complex commercial matters, including commercial property liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation, automobile liability, bodily injury, construction defect, and professional liability for architects, engineers, and legal professionals.
He brings deep knowledge of the insurance industry and has also served as regulatory in-house counsel to a vertically integrated electric utility — a background that affords him a nuanced understanding of corporate operations and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Nieto is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
