Jeff Rowe is a senior associate in WSHB’s Atlanta office where he represents domestic and international insurers in complex insurance coverage matters, including commercial property and commercial general liability claims. His first- and third-party coverage experience includes defending insurers in breach of contract and bad faith actions, quantum disputes, and extra contractual liability. Jeff regularly advises the London insurance market in policy underwriting issues, pre-suit matters, and represents syndicates in litigation. His practice has recently focused on the resolution of COVID-19 claims. Jeff also serves as appointed defense counsel for insureds involved in personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability lawsuits.

Before joining the firm, Jeff gained experience representing clients in healthcare, product liability, and environmental litigation. He graduated cum laude from Mercer University School of Law where he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable M. Yvette Miller on the Georgia Court of Appeals.
