Overview

With extensive knowledge in civil litigation, Janessa Chun specializes in products liability and complex torts. Throughout her career, she's dealt with a wide range of cases including lemon law, wage and hour class action, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Janessa obtained her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was an active member of the Honors Moot Court Internal and student board. She also served as an Associate Managing Technical Editor of the Journal of International Law, earning her an International Law Certificate with Honors.

Before pursuing law, Janessa earned undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Pepperdine University. Her Korean fluency and conversational Spanish further compliments her background. Janessa is admitted to practice in all California state and district courts.
