Overview

Paul is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation evaluation through trial. His practice includes the defense of a wide variety claims from motor vehicle accidents involving traumatic brain injuries and wrongful deaths to landlord tenant habitability claims. Paul has significant experience handling personal injury cases involving exposure to mold, carbon monoxide, lead, mercury, pesticides and Legionella pneumophilia (Legionnaire’s Disease). He has worked on these types of cases throughout the United States.

In addition, Paul handles real estate and corporate transactional work. He has formed dozens of corporations and limited liability companies. He is also routinely engaged to act as Borrower’s counsel in conjunction with large multifamily residential loans. Paul has closed over a billion of dollars in loans acting as Borrower’s counsel.
