Overview

Fred R. Vasquez is a litigation attorney from Southern California, having grown up in Riverside, California. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Mass Communications. He received his law degree from Chapman University School of Law. Fred is a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and the Inland Empire Latino Lawyers Association (IELLA).

Fred has tried jury trials to verdict in California with favorable results. He specializes in defending cases involving catastrophic injuries, including brain injury and wrongful death, commercial auto and general liability, premises liability, and products liability cases. Additionally, Fred represents developers in complex litigation and clients involved in sports law disputes. He also has experience representing employers in complex employment claims, particularly wage-and-hour disputes and employment practices.

Outside of the office, Fred enjoys hiking, improv comedy, and boxing.
