Overview
Evan Dotta is an associate in WSHB’s Los Angeles office. He is a skilled litigator handling all aspects and phases of litigation including pre-litigation claims resolution, pre-trial discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial.
Evan has extensive experience in toxic tort, entertainment, and insurance matters, including insurance coverage and bad faith claims. Mr. Dotta’s practice focuses on business litigation, wrongful death, toxic tort, and product liability litigation. Evan has obtained favorable results in countless insurance coverage and complex litigation matters.
He graduated from La Verne Law School and earned an MBA, with a Finance concentration, from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Evan also received his undergraduate degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.
