Overview

Eva Marie Graham is a senior associate at WSHB's Jacksonville, Florida, office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, general liability, and transportation matters.

Before joining WSHB, Eva was a founding partner at a global boutique firm, where she managed complex commercial issues for corporations. She brings extensive experience to WSHB with expertise in interpreting and negotiating complex transactions involving multiple parties, as well as in personal injury, first-party property, and breach of warranty claims. Eva is also highly skilled in arbitration, boasting an almost undefeated record.

Eva earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Rollins College and later received her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

Outside of her legal career, Eva enjoys traveling, sailing, and horseback riding.
