Overview
Dhvanil "Neil" Zaveri focuses his practice on insurance coverage and complex civil litigation. His insurance coverage practice involves advising domestic and international insurers regarding claims made under a variety of policies, including property, commercial general liability, and professional liability. Complimenting his coverage practice, Neil enjoys experience in personal injury, employment, professional liability, wrongful death, premises liability, and malpractice lawsuits, in addition to representing businesses in administrative hearings.
Neil has tried cases throughout Alabama and represents clients in arbitrations all over the Southeast. He earned his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law. He also holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Neil is licensed to practice in all Alabama state and federal courts.
