Overview

Daniel Joslyn is a senior associate in WSHB’s Las Vegas office handling complex civil litigation. He has wide-ranging commercial litigation experience, including defending Fortune 500 companies from catastrophic injury and consumer tort claims. He also enjoys experience in real estate and contract law.

Daniel grew up in the Cleveland area, where he graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a B.A. in Communications. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School, where he served as Senior Production Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal. Following law school, he clerked in the District of Columbia Superior Court.
