Overview
Dane Smith is an associate at WSHB’s Las Vegas office handling a diverse array of complex civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, product liability, and transportation.
Dane is a graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law, where he attended on a full academic scholarship. While in law school, he had the honor of externing in United States District Court for the Honorable James C. Mahan. In addition, Dane had the privilege of externing at the United States Attorney’s Office. He received his undergraduate degree in American Literature and Culture from the University of California, Los Angeles.
