Brad Sessa is a highly experienced senior counsel at WSHB's New York City office. He specializes in handling complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts. His primary focus areas include New York labor law, premises liability, negligent security, and construction defects.

Brad collaborates with clients to achieve favorable outcomes through mediation and trial practice. With over 30 years of experience, he has participated in numerous trials and appellate arguments throughout his career.

Prior to joining WSHB, Brad worked at both staff counsel and defense firms in New York. He began his career as a prosecutor at the Queens County District Attorney's Office in New York City.
