Overview

Colin Troy is a partner in WSHB's Seattle office, where his practice focuses on construction defect, professional liability, and catastrophic injury matters. He has represented property owners and managers, contractors, attorneys, real estate brokers, and insurance companies in a wide variety of civil litigation. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Washington in the Western and Eastern Districts.

Colin received his bachelor's degree from Western Washington University and graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Colin worked as a legal intern in the predatory lending section of Seattle University's Ronald L. Peterson's Law Clinic. He was also a judicial extern to Justice Charles Wiggins of the Washington State Supreme Court. Prior to practicing law, Colin was a United States Peace Corps volunteer in Mongolia.
