Overview
A North Carolina native, Clara Ellington brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to complex, civil litigation matters.
She graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University in three years with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University in Raleigh, North Carolina. At Campbell, Clara received a Book Award for the highest grade achieved in Sales, Leases, and Products Liability.
Clara’s past practice includes representing multi-million and billion-dollar real estate portfolios in leasing disputes, where she worked closely with property management companies and owners to align litigation strategy with business objectives and risk tolerance. She has passed the North Carolina Bar Exam with a Uniform Bar Examination score high enough to practice in any UBE jurisdiction, subject to each jurisdiction’s admission requirements. Her current practice focuses on handling civil matters in pre-suit evaluation, complex litigation, and trial.
Clara values direct communication and practical results. Outside the office, she enjoys staying active with her Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, aptly named Jury.
