Charles Franchini is a senior associate at WSHB’s New York office, where he handles complex civil litigation. His experience encompasses all aspects of catastrophic injury, New York Labor Law, construction, premises liability, and property matters.

Charles earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for Judge Eric Vitaliano in the Eastern District of New York and Justice Joseph Maltese in the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department.

Before joining WSHB, Charles worked for a defense firm in New York that specializes in complex commercial litigation, including labor law and medical malpractice actions.
