Cassandra Sanchez is a senior counsel at WSHB, based in the Hartford, Connecticut, and New York, New York offices. Her practice focuses on construction defects and property damage. She represents clients in complex construction defect claims, including issues related to building systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, fire suppression system failures, fires and explosions, as well as water intrusion and flooding.

Cassandra routinely advises and defends owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and trade contractors concerning both public and private construction projects.
