Overview
Brendan Johnson is senior counsel in WSHB’s New Jersey office, where his practice focuses on professional liability, complex tort and commercial litigation. He also enjoys a wealth of experience handling construction litigation in addition to trampoline park and recreational facility defense.
Brendan attended Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2017. While there, Brendan served as a research fellow for the Center for Social Justice. It was at this time that Brendan traveled to Guantanamo Bay where he both observed and reported on detainee trials. Brendan also interned for the Waterfront Project, the Jersey City Department of Law, and the Honorable Stephanie Mitterhoff. Additionally, he served as symposium editor for the Legislative Journal and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Bariso Jr. A.J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court.
