Andreea Custurea is a seasoned partner in WSHB’s Los Angeles office, bringing a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to firm clients. Andreea is a litigator known for results handling complex catastrophic injury, construction site accidents, and construction defect litigation. In addition, she skillfully navigates a diverse array of legal challenges, ranging from business litigation, ADA and Title VII issues, subrogation, and product liability matters.

Before joining WSHB, Andreea honed her expertise on both the plaintiff and defense sides, allowing her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the litigation landscape. Her practice has encompassed a variety of complex matters, including catastrophic injury cases and intricate transportation disputes, as well as actions involving Business and Professions Code section 17200, intentional torts, fraud, and the defense of religious institutions.

Andreea's extensive experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation resolution to trial, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of representation at every stage of the process.
