Overview

Ally Levy is an associate attorney in WSHB’s Orlando, Florida office, where she focuses on complex civil litigation, personal injury, and products liability. She also brings extensive experience in commercial and business litigation, corporate contracts, intellectual property law, and licensing.

Ally earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science/Biology and a Master of Science in Marine Mammal Science from the University of Miami. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Barry University School of Law and is an active member of the bar in both Florida and Washington, D.C.

During law school, Ally served as Senior Editor of the Law Review and Vice President of the Animal and Earth Law Society. She also worked as a clinician in the Environmental and Earth Law Clinic and graduated with an Honors Certificate in Environmental and Earth Law.

Ally has litigated major commercial cases, served as a judicial intern for the Ninth Circuit, contributed to the legal team for Universal Creative, and externed with the Animal Legal Defense Fund, where she prepared bill analyses and briefs for submission to Congress.

Before working in litigation, Ally drafted contracts and licenses for Universal Studios and served as an adjunct bar-prep professor for the UBE at Barry Law. She also assisted the National Board of Bar Examiners as a testing specialist for the NextGen Uniform Bar Exam.

Ally currently serves on the Board of Directors for Animal Interaction Program Advisors, Inc. (AIPA) and performs pro bono Guardian Ad Litem work for the Orange County Legal Aid Society. Outside her law practice, Ally is often seen performing at several theme parks around Orlando.
