WSHB Partner Jason Klein to Speak at CLM's 2020 Annual Conference

Stephen Covey’s bestselling book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" has inspired countless readers for over three decades. With its principle-centered and character-based pseudo “inside-out” approach to personal and interpersonal effectiveness, this book is often looked to as a comprehensive guide to self growth and development.

Using these same principles for self-growth but spinning them for team growth is the topic of a panel presentation at the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) 2020 Annual Conference titled "Seven Habits that Define a Highly Effective Claims team" being led by WSHB Partner Jason Klein. Mr. Klein will be leading a panel of experts which includes Stephanie Hillman (Vela Insurance Services LLC), Terence Kadlec (Envista Forensics), and Charles Wamsley (National Claim Services Inc.) at a must-see presentation taking place on March 19, 2020 at 11:30 a.m.

This roundtable discussion seeks to take attendees to a new, higher level of thinking in claims team development. Habits explored during the panel include everyone’s number one nemesis — communication. The seven habits explored in the panel include: be communicative, be diligent, remain unbiased, be transparent, use discretion, be collaborative and a team player, and commit yourself to excellence.
