(Austin, TX) Anoush Holaday, a highly accomplished litigator and partner at WSHB, has been invited to participate as a distinguished panelist at the highly anticipated 2023 CLM Construction Conference in Austin, Texas. The panel, titled "DEI Initiatives for Small to Mid-Sized Construction," is scheduled to take place on September 29th at 10:15 a.m. CDT, marking the final day of the conference. Holaday will join other construction industry leaders to discuss approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in small to mid-sized construction.

The panel, comprised of thought leaders Matt Kovacs of Aon, Courtney Winzeler, and Jane Young promises to deliver valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities that DEI initiatives present to small and mid-sized construction businesses. Attendees can expect an in-depth exploration of the data that supports the implementation of DEI strategies in these contexts, as well as practical advice on recruitment, retention, and training.

Anoush Holaday is a partner in WSHB's Sonoma County office and an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in the state and federal courts of California. She enjoys a host of experience in several different practice areas, including a comprehensive construction practice in which she counsels and fiercely defends regional and national builders in complex residential and commercial construction contract disputes, construction defect litigation, and accident litigation. Anoush's impressive track record includes numerous successful outcomes for clients at all stages of claims, from pre-litigation to trial. 

In addition to her legal accomplishments, Anoush serves as WSHB's first-ever Director of Associate Success, working on training and development initiatives across WSHB’s 35 offices. Anoush also proudly serves on the WSHB's DEI Task Force.
