Overview

William Roe is a senior counsel based in the Jacksonville, Florida office of WSHB. His practice focuses on transportation and trucking law, wrongful death cases, product liability, premises liability, and general civil litigation.

William earned a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from Indiana University. He obtained his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was actively involved in the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review and the school's Mock Trial Team. Additionally, he received a Book Award in Professional Responsibility.

After graduating from law school, William started his legal career specializing in property insurance litigation, where he represented homeowners and mitigation companies across Florida. Later, he owned and operated a law firm, where he continued to assist homeowners and mitigation companies with their insurance claims.

William is admitted to practice law in Florida and Indiana. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys hiking, playing the drums, learning jiu-jitsu, and spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their dog, Lola, as well as two cats, Buzz and Buttons.
