Overview

Vidhi Bhatia is an associate attorney at WSHB’s Concord, California, office, where she focuses on complex civil litigation, including general liability and personal injury cases.

Vidhi earned her J.D. and MBA from Golden Gate University (GGU), specializing in Litigation and Intellectual Property. She was recognized with an Academic Excellence Award in Corporate and Commercial Law, a CALI Award for Civil Litigation, and served as Web Editor for the Environmental Law Journal. During law school, Vidhi interned at multiple Bay Area law firms, served as a teaching assistant for several courses, competed on GGU’s National Mock Trial Team, led the Society of Litigators as President, and contributed as a research associate for the Blockchain Law for Social Good Center (now at the University of San Francisco).

She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Irvine, graduating with double majors in Political Science and International Relations.

Before joining WSHB, Vidhi served as a post-bar law clerk and staff attorney at a Bay Area firm, gaining valuable experience in family law, criminal law, and civil litigation.

Vidhi enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and dogs, and exploring local restaurants in her free time.
