Overview

Trevor Peck is a partner in the firm’s Atlanta office. Trevor’s practice focuses on providing insurance coverage advice and representing insurers in litigation. Trevor has experience representing primary, excess, and reinsurers in all phases of litigation. While Trevor has experience across a wide range of risks, he primarily handles professional, municipal and employment practices liability claims. In particular, Trevor specializes in providing coverage advice for claims against law firms and architects, as well as wrongful imprisonment, police use of force, and sexual abuse claims against cities, counties, and educational and religious entities.

Prior to joining WSHB, Trevor worked for an Atlanta law firm where he primarily acted as Underwriters’ counsel in connection with professional liability claims against large and mid-sized law firms. Trevor graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was Executive Articles Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. As a student, he received CALI awards for Property, Federal Income Taxation, and Constitutional Law II, as well as the John C. O’Byrne Award for Excellence in the Study of Taxation.
