Overview
Timothy Flynn is a New Jersey native with broad experience in litigation and foreclosure.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School in 2022 as a merit scholarship recipient. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
Timothy is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Before joining WSHB, Timothy gained valuable experience at a mid-size law firm in New Jersey, where he focused on protecting creditors’ interests in residential and commercial foreclosure matters. He further developed his litigation skills at a New Jersey boutique law firm, representing plaintiffs in a diverse array of civil disputes, including employment, premises liability, product liability, and landlord-tenant matters.
