Overview
Tim Calderwood is a senior associate attorney in WSHB’s Charleston office. His practice includes complex torts, construction defects, and professional liability.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Kent State University and law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Tim previously practiced as a real estate attorney, covering a full range of services, including commercial and residential closings, creditors’ rights matters, foreclosure proceedings, litigation support, and bankruptcy.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys watching Ohio sports, spending time outdoors with his dogs, and engaging in community service.
