Overview
Stephan Greco-La Serra is a senior associate attorney at WSHB's Orlando and Miami offices, specializing construction, and catastrophic injury litigation. His clientele includes government entities, private associations, businesses, and insurance companies in Florida, at both trial and appellate levels. With expertise in product liability, commercial trucking claims, premises liability, and insurance coverage analysis, Stephan has fostered enduring client relationships through diverse representation.
His legal experience spans trials across Florida and Alternative Dispute Resolution, encompassing mediations and pre-suit settlement conferences. Stephan holds a B.S. in Marketing Communications from Florida State University and a J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. During his law school tenure, he led as the president of the Student Bar Association and was honored with the Wall Street Journal Award for academic excellence.
Beyond his legal profession, Stephan is a certified CrossFit coach, competitive athlete, and certified fitness nutritionist. Alongside his husband, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and volunteering with the Trevor Project, a suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youths.
