Overview

A partner in WSHB's White Plains office, Sheryl Parker is a litigation attorney who handles professional liability matters involving lawyers, real estate brokers/agents, insurance brokers/agents, actuaries and other types of professionals in errors and omissions claims where professional conduct is at issue. Sheryl is equally adept at handling cases involving complex tort and casualty, products liability, construction defect, employment matters, commercial litigation and declaratory judgment actions in both state and federal courts. Additionally, she is vastly experienced in defending entities and individuals involved in homeowner associations and other common interest development communities.

Sheryl's litigation prowess is complemented by her ongoing participation in mediations, settlement conferences and arbitrations. She is a highly skilled legal brief writer and looks to either resolve disputes, or narrow the issues in cases, via motion practice, when feasible. Sheryl is often sought by her peers for client referrals and to provide legal opinions concerning complex factual and legal disputes.
