Overview
Shelbie Bradley is a seasoned litigator who focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, with extensive experience managing high exposure matters from case inception through resolution. Shelbie’s practice spans a wide array of civil claims, including construction defect, automobile, trucking, and premises liability actions.
Shelbie is admitted to practice in Texas and is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas. She earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2018, where she received the Top Regional Extern Award and she trained as a mediator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic. She holds a B.S. in Political Science, with minors in History and English, from Tarleton State University and is an Honors College graduate.
Professional involvement and community service are integral to Shelbie’s practice. She serves on the Tarleton State University Legal Studies Advisory Board and is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association. She has volunteered with Legal Aid of Northwest Texas and performed pro bono work for a low-income family. She continues to advance her knowledge of civil defense through industry programming, including participation in the DRI Construction Law Seminar.
