Overview

Sarah Torki is a senior associate in WSHB’s Orange County office handling complex civil litigation. A versatile litigator, she expertly navigates all facets of matters that range everywhere from defamation to construction defect and toxic tort.

Sarah received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While in law school, she was the recipient of the McFetridge Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, an editor of the USF Law Review and a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. Sarah interned in the Homicide Division of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office while in law school, and completed her post-bar fellowship in the Misdemeanor Unit of the San Francisco DA’s Office where she had the privilege of taking a case entirely through trial.

She graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego where she earn earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and English, with a minor in Philosophy. Sarah is also active in the Orange County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
