Overview

Samantha Herman is a Senior Associate in the Phoenix office of WSHB, where her practice focuses on civil litigation, construction defect, and premises liability.

Prior to joining WSHB, Samantha gained experience at litigation firms throughout the Greater Phoenix area, where she handled complex multi-party litigation, catastrophic injury, and general liability matters. She also drafted successful dispositive motions for principal defendants in high-exposure wrongful death and medical malpractice cases, resulting in summary judgment.

Samantha is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she majored in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University, where she served as Vice President of the Law Society for Human Rights. After law school, she worked on the judicial staff for The Honorable Christopher T. Whitten in Maricopa County Superior Court. She is admitted to practice in both Arizona State and Federal Courts.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys playing tennis, watching Marquette basketball, and discovering new restaurants and craft cocktails.
